Polar Bears and Southern Exposures

Someone mentioned somewhere that there was a running joke in Speilberg's "Young Sherlock Holmes" about the old polar bear joke that turned up in the most recent House episode.

I can't vouch for it myself but I have the movie on order. I watched it back in the day but the old grey cells aren't what they used to be.
